Return and Refund Policy
As we provide custom products and other services, it is important that
you inform us within 3 business days of receiving your order if you find
the delivered product defective or not according to your ordered
specifications. Please note that we are unable to issue a refund or
credit, but we will re-produce your original order if we find it
defective or made an error. The determination of defects is at the
discretion of our management.
To receive a reprint of your original order, you must submit digital photos documenting the product defect or return, at your own expense, the full quantity of the original order to us within 7 business days of taking the original order delivery. Please note that charges related to expedited order processing are non-refundable.

Order Shipping and Delivery
At thePackagingPro, we work with the best and fastest delivery forwarders
to ensure efficient production and shipping. However, please note that
all production and shipping turnaround times are estimates, and we
cannot be held liable for any consequential or damages resulting from
any delays in shipment or delivery. We take great care to package our
products to withstand potential handling difficulties during
Production costs are subject to change due to various factors such as material, labor, exchange rate fluctuations, and other cost considerations. These changes may take effect immediately. Shipping and delivery for orders are fulfilled by shipping couriers and freight companies assigned by thePackagingPro, not directly by us.
We do not assume monetary liability for errors, delays, or damages resulting from shipping, as damages are solely the responsibility of the courier or freight company. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged products, we will assist you in initiating an investigation to claim damages and compensation from the respective shipping company and work towards a resolution.
Technical difficulties such as equipment failure, malfunction, or other technical problems may cause delays in the printing process. In such cases, rush charges/fees will be refunded or waived where applicable, but technical difficulty cannot be the basis for order cancellation.
For high quantity products, shipping rates may depend on the customer's access to a shipping dock and forklift. Additional charges may apply if such access is not available. Customers are responsible for all shipping/delivery charges, custom clearance fees, duties, and taxes for initial and subsequent orders.
Shipping costs are based on estimates of packing size, weight, and current rates and are subject to change to reflect potential variations in such costs between the date of quotation and the date of execution. Additional charges may apply for custom clearance, examination, and extra fees during transportation. It is the customer's responsibility to provide all requested information during the shipping and customs clearance process. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional fees. We disclaim all liability for any fees, charges, or penalties associated with non-compliance with shipping and customs clearance procedures.
Due to custom nature of packaging products and other services we provide, we will not start working on your orders for printing jobs or other services until a full payment including all charges, taxes, shipping, and handling fees are paid with an approved payment method. As a part of order placement, we require the users and customers of our website to approve proof (whether an electronic file or hard copy) of the printing products or other services they order. Following the approval of proof by the customers, the printing jobs are sent to press. Once a print job has been approved by the customer and sent to press or via our website, no changes are allowed to the artwork files, job specifications, or printing turnaround time. You have a limited time of 4-hours after approval of the proof to cancel your order. Such cancellation will carry a charge of $25 and 5% of total order amount before the order is canceled. You may also cancel orders beyond the 24-hours time limit. Such cancellation will carry a charge of 50% of the total order amount to cover work is done in our prepress department and financial costs associated with cancellation. We don’t guarantee that your order will be canceled beyond the 24-hours time limit.
thePackagingPro defines defective products as a structure or printing error(s) from our manufacturing, improper construction, cut or finish. Due to the nature of paperboard, cracking can occur when creased in printed areas as a result of over-expansion in paperboard material. Minor cracking in the creased areas for non-laminated cardstock is normal and not classified as defective. Cracking, bends, or scratches produced as a result of mishandling or shipping are not considered to be defective. thePackagingPro is responsible for all manufacturing errors and will re-produce, re-print, or provide a refund for damages under the discretion of thePackagingPro management. Customers are encouraged to report defective products immediately upon receiving their orders.
Our designers and technicians create electronic or hard copy proofs from the website users or customers submitted artwork/files. We require that your submitted artwork/files must be at least 300 dpi (dots per inch) resolution at the final size and in CMYK format. If your files are not submitted at 300 dpi for the final size and not in CMYK format, we will not be responsible for printing as blurred, distorted or pixilated and color changes associated with conversion to CMYK. You are responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork/files including any issues as to orientation or alignment of the pages of your submitted documents. Though we take all possible precautions against loss of your submitted artwork/files, we are not responsible for damage or loss of your artwork/files. By uploading artwork/files to our website, you agree that you are the lawful owner of all material you are uploading or you have already obtained appropriate rights to use such material. We have right to refuse an order, which in our opinion may be illegal in nature or an infringement on the rights of any third party. You accept full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on your behalf and under your instructions. We reserve the right to refuse an order without disclosing a reason. Please note we do not accept offensive, indecent or improper material for printing.
For certain product and service offerings, you may elect to electronically upload or otherwise submit data, text, photographs, graphics, messages, or other materials (collectively, "Customer Content") to thePackagingPro for inclusion in print and packaging products. You understand and agree that you (and any other person from whom it may have originated) are solely responsible for all Customer Content. When you upload, or otherwise provide customer content to thePackagingPro, you warrant and confirm that you either own the copyright to or have permission to copy the documents, text, graphics, photography, etc. that you submit for inclusion in the print process, and you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold thePackagingPro and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders agent and affiliates, harmless from any suit, demand, or claim arising out of any breach of this warranty and agree to pay any judgment or reasonable settlement offer resulting from any such suit, demand or claim, and you pay any attorney’s fees incurred by thePackagingPro in defending against such suit, demand or claim. You agree that you will not send, upload, post, or otherwise transmit to thePackagingPro any customer content that contains material that: (I) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, and/or obscene; (II) which invades another person’s privacy; (III) which would further the commission or concealment of a crime; (IV) advocates or urges treason, insurrection, sedition, or forcible resistance to any law of the United States; (V) is not lawfully yours to transmit; (VI) is the subject of or which infringes upon, any patent, trademark, trade name, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, moral right, or other intellectual property rights of another person or entity; (VII) contains software viruses, trojans, malware, or other harmful or malicious computer code, or that in any other way would interfere with or disrupt the services and/or production of thePackagingPro and/or any servers or networks connected to or used in connection with the delivery of such service and production.
Products that thePackagingPro manufactures may be photographed and used on thePackagingPro’s website and marketing channels for marketing purposes. If a customer wishes to opt-out, please send us an email to [email protected]
We require the users and customers of our website to approve proof (whether an electronic file or hard copy) of the printing products or other services they order. No job will be sent to press without your approval of proof. It is thus your responsibility to log into their account and check on their proof. We are not liable for delays in the order caused by customer’s non-approval of the proof. Please understand the turnaround times mentioned on our website, we start after your approval of the proof. Please review your proof thoroughly prior to approval. You should check it against the original file for possible errors in layout, copy, spacing, punctuation or image placement and proportion, bleeds, crops and final text. Electronic proofs do not show transparency, overprint issues or color change from RGB or Pantone to CMYK. Please note, application of UV coating or lamination may affect or change the appearance of the printed colors. We are not liable for the final color appearance of a laminated product(s).
We will normally deliver the exact quantity of goods ordered plus a small additional amount. There is no extra charge for the additional amount. In the event of an underrun, we will bill for the actual quantity delivered. We follow the generally accepted trade practice of delivering plus or minus 5% of the ordered quantity.
We reserve the right to amend any portion of our website and Terms and Conditions at any time with or without notice to the users and customers of our website. The changes to our website will become part of new Terms of Services, they will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately. Your continuous use of our website after such changes are posted will constitute your agreement to such changes.
